Whitelisting Issue

I received my Holoport 2 weeks ago, and have had a few issues getting it set up. I have been in contact with Keith at help@holo.host (who did a great job helping me update the OS), but my emails over the past week are not being answered, so I figured I would reach out here to see if there is another solution.

My email address which was used to purchase the Holoport (via Shopify) has not been whitelisted for the closed alpha. And as I mentioned above, my emails are not being responded to. I am so close to being able to connect to the network, but this one issue is restricting my ability, and thus, my Holoport is currently just a $1000 paperweight. Is there another option for getting my email address whitelisted? I appreciate any support. Thanks in advance!
