For many people Holochain seems overly complicated but as Paul says in his #WhatIsHolochain video:
“The level of complexity is appropriate to the problem at hand.”

I think the video that you share is great source for the developers and for those who have some basic information about P2P systems.

I think this one is more clear for most of the people to understand. But I should say that Paul’s video includes deeper explanation.
