The Junto team is getting close to be able to expand our testing and then share the first iteration of our Holochain app and in preparation we are thinking about Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. While the CAL is great for clarity around our use of Holochain, we are still needing to have Terms of Service (and Privacy Policy) for the end-user and are curious if other projects have begun thinking, writing, putting these together yet.
We are also assuming there would be a difference between such terms/policies between a peer-hosted Holochain app and a Holo-hosted Holochain app, potentially with the former being a lot simpler.
I am also curious if Holochain/Holo, the organizations, begun to consider the implications in these domains and if there is any guidance for hApp developers coming.
