Today’s Update
The massively exciting news is Elemental Chat is being used by 1,000+ people (and counting!) who signed up to test, and everything is going very, very well. Their chat experience is being hosted by ~300 HoloPorts around the world. Those HoloPort hosts are earning HoloFuel in our Alpha Program.
In other words, a prototype Holochain chat app is fully functioning, in the public, using the Holo infrastructure from end-to-end. We’re incredibly proud of this demonstration, we’re learning about some edge cases in performance at this scale and we are excited to invite more of the public soon.
