Would be interesting to plug in any existing decision tools for Discourse, try them out in this context so we can determine for ourselves what governance systems could be…in a safe-to-fail environment.
getting a general temperature check is good too
e.g. the poll we did around IDE usage was really helpful to contextualise tooling/docs efforts without being a “decision”
