Linux Server ou Desktop?

I plan to install the Nix environement on Ubuntu.
Should I choose Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu Desktop ?

You probably want the ubuntu desktop unless you want to do everything through the shell

In fact, I wonder If Ubuntu Desktop contains specific librairies required by Holoscape (or not) ?

It does for me. There’s probably not much point running holoscape on ubuntu server as holoscape is a gui app and there’s no gui on ubuntu server. You’d be better off just running a conductor if you wanted to do it headless.
