Hi,
I’ve been on the wait list for a Holoport, and received an email today saying I could preorder. I chose a Holoport with the correct plug for Australia, went through and added my address details, however then get a message saying that “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered”.
I’ve double checked and re-entered the address details, and continue to receive this message. I can only assume it’s be because they can’t be shipped to Australia at this time.
Can anyone confirm if that’s the case and if not, what the issue might be?
