Watch on #Periscope: Holochain Forum: Hemp for the Future, Natural Capital Accounting #holochain #holo #NCA

Has anyone on #holochain looked at Wifi-6 - it’s all about mesh networks for internet. Way faster, peer to peer, not 5G millimeter wave frequency.

I have two partners working in this space.

Shot me a note if any groups are working on this. #holohemp #hempfuture.io @kerrgreg

I think that @Wladoo was looking into the latest wifi protocols and thought about running wifi enabled holoports or something along those lines…

Oh, now that is exciting! Where can I find more info on how WiFi 6 and how it enables mesh networks? Any opportunity for city-wide meshes, or is that a security/performance problem?

I have a couple of colleagues that directly deal with Wifi 6. If you google it a bunch of info pops up. Feel free to call me at 8152746777

The satellites are about 5ft tall and have a line of sight connection of roughly 40 miles and take a fraction of the energy demands.
