Help with technical aspects of Holochain's fit for SBIR grant opportunity

Aloha!
I am have been gearing up to build on Holochain for awhile now (as Bridgit.io).

We have been invited to submit a SBIR Phase I grant for the DLT area based on this project pitch for building a universal knowledge map:

I would like to build on Holochain!

This is going to be a 4 week effort. I am wondering if you have any suggestions for how I might best get some help with the more technical aspects of Holochain’s fit for the opportunity. I am not sure what they are but I am sure they will come up and want to know if there could be any help on this forum and the bets way to approach this.
