Cannot install nix package manager in mac saying "no binary distribution of nix for your platform"

Im trying the installation guide but I am failing on the first step which is the installation of nix package manager with this command.

curl https://nixos.org/nix/install

I got the following error

#!/bin/sh

# This script installs the Nix package manager on your system by
# downloading a binary distribution and running its installer script
# (which in turn creates and populates /nix).

Can anyone help? Appreciate it.

Ohh ok I think nix-env was already installed in my laptop.
I ran the holochian.love and it worked. :sweat_smile:
