It’s a place where people, businesses, .coms or apps can list there ideas to try and get funding. You state your ambition, training, qualifications and what you want to accomplish. That listing would be free. If any investor has questions or is interested, they contact you directly. There is no middle man of any kind. A contract would be drawn up with percentages of dividends to be paid on the profits. No stock exchange. Is this crazy, maybe, but it is how the stock exchange was meant to be at the beginning.
